Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:-
Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

How to Request a Return

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return

We’ll reply with your return authorization and the address to ship your item(s).

Returning Your Item

Pack the item(s) securely and include your original packing slip or a copy.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Ship via a traceable method and keep your tracking number until the return is complete.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.

If approved, we’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of verification.

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during limited-time promotions may not be returned.

Gift cards, custom-printed items, and clearance merchandise are non-returnable.

We don’t process direct exchanges—simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. -
