Dashydoze Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Window
    You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

    • In their original packaging

  2. How to Request a Return

    1. Email us at support@dashydoze.com within 7 days of delivery, providing:

      • Your order number

      • The item(s) you wish to return

      • The reason for return

    2. We’ll reply with your return authorization and the address to ship your item(s).

  3. Returning Your Item

    • Pack the item(s) securely and include your original packing slip or a copy.

    • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

    • Ship via a traceable method and keep your tracking number until the return is complete.

  4. Inspection & Refund

    • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.

    • If approved, we’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of verification.

    • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

    • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during limited-time promotions may not be returned.

    • Gift cards, custom-printed items, and clearance merchandise are non-returnable.

  6. Exchanges
    We don’t process direct exchanges—simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
